Return Policy

Products that are not considered SPECIAL ORDERS are returnable for any reason if they are returned within 3 weeks of purchase, are in mint condition and still wrapped in cellophane. Packing instructions (which are provided in every package we ship) must be followed to prevent damage during the return shipping. Credit will be issued to returned products to us minus a 10% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable unless you received an incorrect item, in which case we will send you a return shipping label.

Special Orders Policy

A special order is an item that I do not normally stock, but may be able to order for you... 

  • All special orders are to be paid in full prior to ordering

  • All special order sales are final

  • The delivery date is approximate, be assured The Lighting Guy will be on top of your order with vendors.

  • High volumes of 30 or more for any item is are considered special orders.

 SpecialS and clearance Policy

  • Specials of the month and clearance items are non-refundable/final sale.

How To Make A Return

Contact The Lighting Guy by email to let me know there’s a problem, and I'll give you a RETURN NUMBER (R#). Make sure to write your R# on the outside of your box when sending your return.  Once I receive your return, I'll check it out and contact you to complete the return. It’s that simple!
