When shipping ONLY, MINIMUM shipping orders are $200.00.
Online ordering - when picking up - minimum $60.00

HOW TO ORDER....

ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED A REPLY EMAIL FROM TLG WITH ITEM PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS AND WISH TO CONTINUE WITH THE PURCHASE OF ORDER, PLEASE EMAIL BACK AND A TLG WILL EMAIL YOU AN GRAND TOTAL INVOICE. PLEASE INDICATE THE METHOD OF PAYMENT PREFERRED.

SHIPPING....

The Lighting Guy reserve the right to chose the shipment option. Shipments in Canada and the USA use number of couriers. In most cases, TLG has found for CANPAR and PUROLATOR are the best prices for Ontario and Quebec. Shipping in Ontario and Quebec most cases are approx $12 - $22 dollars range. All Shipping must require a signature. Shipping to your preferred location takes approx 2-7 business days.  You will always receive the tracking number by email. We currently do not ship with the USA.

 

TIME-SENSITIVE….HOW FAST DO YOU NEED THE PARTS?......

IMPORTANT NOTE:  As you may be aware. There are 1000’s parts in the lighting industry. When parts are not in-stock and the customer cannot wait 2-4 weeks for products (parts) that are required immediately. Shipping for NEXT DAY or 2nd day is available. TLG will be happy to give you additional expedited shipping options and quotes. Email TLG Today.

If Customer can wait 2-4 weeks to go to TLG location. NO shipping costs are involved because in most cases minimum order requirements from TLG’s vendors for free shipping (except for duties & brokerage fees) are met.
