TLG has seen many Antique stores and thrift store retailers still out there, like Value Village,  that sell used lighting that, though they still work, some should still be rewired. In addition,  there is still a huge love for antique and retro lighting out there. And with many Antique markets in Ontario, many require restoration to make them up to par with safety standards, even if they are still working.

3. One thing you may not realize about TLG, is that TLG is a GREEN BUSINESS as well. Option to repair/restore lighting fixtures and recover lampshades instead of going to landfills. this helps the environment. We HAVE ESTIMATED 6500 REPAIRS TO DATE. In addition, TLG prides itself on dropping off, 1000’s feet of old lamp wire to Greentec in Cambridge, ON.

This includes access to 1000's of bulbs,  accessories, like chains, candle covers and etc; modifications needed from a new purchase, and so much more.  We have customers and clients from around the entire country, from BC to Newfoundland. The Lighting Guy Ontario does sell retail with few lighting lines that are both NEW & RESTORED with a mix of antiques/retro and modern. TLG carries new fixture lines, mainly sold from E-commerce. These include NUVO Lighting, Danolite, Avenue Lighting, etc. In addition, TLG is the largest in the KW Region, for unique shades, silk shades, and recovering in 2017.
