Q - WHY IS THERE NO PHONE NUMBER CONTACT AND ONLY AN EMAIL FORM?
A - Customers and quality of service is always important to TLG. However, being short-handed and to properly complete other department jobs in a timely manner for customers; from getting your shipments out, in-store customers, answer emails and repairs. Thank you for your understanding.
Q - Do you re-finish, polish or sand down metal lamps or fixtures?
A – No, can be very labour intensive and time consuming. However, we do clean crystal chandeliers.
Q - CAN I ATTACH A PHOTO TO MY EMAIL CONTACT FORM?
A - NO, to prevent spam. However, once you have filled out Email form provided, TLG will reply to your Email for you to attach a photo. We will ONLY open with JPEG file and PDF. On-site estimates are also available
Q - Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A – We always offer and consider volume pricing.
Q - Do you have a physical catalogs (HARDCOPY)?
A - NO. However, we offer on-line Lamp Parts Catalogue for viewing and download.

A – 25 years
Q – What type of lighting fixtures do you repair?
A – Anything that is electrical. (Lighting) Chandeliers /Lamps/ Vanity/Antiques ...etc. Not Electronics, like a TV.
Q - If the repairs to my lighting fixture require it to be recertified, does TLG know where to have this completed?
A - Yes. Please Inquire. There are several Certification Organizations in Ontario that can offer this service.

Q - How do I order Lamp Parts and fixtures?
A – Most have prices and some do not ...pls Email TLG and use proper form provided with quantity and product code.
Q- IF I’M SELLING LIGHTING FIXTURES AND LAMPS TO THE PUBLIC DO I NEED TO USE CSA-CERTIFIED PARTS AND HAVE IT INSPECTED CERTIFIED.
A - Yes. Light fixtures, lamps and certain replacement parts must be certified to the applicable Canadian Standards in accordance with Ontario Provincial Regulations.

A - Always - Yes

a - YES, Because If It’s Not In Stock At That Time, And Whether A Unique Frame Or Not, It Can Be MADE And Possibly Be Ordered.
Q - Recovering, How Does It Work?
A - We Use Existing Frame (Skeleton Body). We Strip Away Old Fabric And Add New Material Of Your Chose. Inside And Out. Inside, Is Always New White Lining. Fabric Samples Available On-Site. OR, Bring In Your Own Fabric Option Available. Example: From Lens Mills Or Fabricland.
Q - Do you repair and restore Antique lighting fixtures?
A - Yes, this includes, rewiring, cleaning, prisms repined, replacement crystal, repair, polishing & restoration of broken brass and crystal chandelier arms.
Q - What is the time frame to repair a table and floor lamp?
A - Depending on the lamp’s specs and size, generally, it’s about 2 to 4 days. Also depending on the traffic that day, simple jobs on the spot.
Q - What is the time frame to repair a Chandelier?
A - Depending on the Chandelier size and style, in general, it’s about 1 to 1 1/2 weeks.
Q - Can you order or have in stock specialty bulbs?
A - Yes, this includes, Full Spectrum, Germicidal Bulbs, Plant Bulbs, LED bulbs, Industrial bulbs and so much more.
Q- Do you repair Commercial fixtures?
A – Yes, this includes lED, Fluorescent ballasts, post lights, industrial lamps, and more.
Q - Do you repair ceiling fans?
A - Yes, but ONLY speeds of fan, light, and Capacitors. Not the motor. All motors are made differently in fans. In addition, Casablanca fans.
Q - Do you convert European light fixtures to Canadian Standards?
A - Yes: Depending on the Chandelier size and style, generally it’s about 1 to 2 weeks.
Q - Do you do repair Stained Glass fixtures?
A - Yes, Soldering provided and at times when able, complete stain glass panel repair.
Q - Do you sell Kerosene Oil?
A – No. Can find 1-K Kersone most hardware store.(see web link) 1-K KEROSENE
