The Lighting Guy is a small company and I really do appreciate your business. I am committed to making you happy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, that is physhically in the store at the time of purchase. For any reason, you can return it within 30 days for exchange or a full refund (excluding shipping charges if applied). All returns must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, warranty cards (not filled out), manuals and all accessories. Returned items that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How To Make A Return
Contact The Lighting Guy by telephone at 519 241 9927 or email to let me know there’s a problem, and I'll give you a RETURN NUMBER (R#). Make sure to write your R# on the outside of your box when sending your return. Once I receive your return, I'll check it out and contact you to complete the return. It’s that simple!
